At The Grooming Loft London, our mission is to provide exceptional care to all pets entrusted to us with patience, expertise and unwavering commitment to their safety, health and well-being.
We maintain the highest professional standards and reserve the right to refuse service if we feel either the groomer or pet may be at risk during the grooming process.
All pets must be up to date with flea and tick treatments to maintain our premium salon environment and protect all clients.
Important: If fleas or ticks are discovered during your pet's appointment, a £15 decontamination fee will be charged to ensure our salon remains pristine for all clients.
We understand plans change. All cancellations or rescheduling requests require 72 hours advance notice.
For cancellations made with less than 72 hours notice, 50% of the total service cost will be charged.
Same-day cancellations will be charged at 100% of the appointment value.
No-show appointments will be charged the full appointment fee.
As a boutique salon with limited appointment availability, missed appointments prevent us from serving other valued clients. Payment will be required before future bookings can be made.
We specialize in gentle handling techniques for pets who experience stress during grooming. Our experienced team employs calming methods and takes frequent breaks to ensure your pet's comfort.
For extremely anxious pets, we may recommend shorter sessions or suggest consultation with your veterinarian regarding sedation options for their safety and ours.
Matted coats can cause significant discomfort and skin damage to your pet. To maintain a healthy, luxurious coat, we recommend professional grooming every 4-6 weeks for long-haired breeds.
Severely matted coats may require complete shaving to ensure your pet's comfort and safety.
Additional Charges: De-matting services incur supplementary fees based on severity, ranging from £15-£50. Our team will assess and inform you of any additional costs before proceeding.
